Beeper is operated by Elula Online. This policy describes the personal information we process to provide notification delivery, tenant administration, and related services.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, and organisation membership.
- Device information including push notification tokens, platform, and app version when you enable notifications on a mobile device.
- Usage and delivery data such as message delivery status and administrative audit events.
- Technical logs including IP address, request metadata, and error diagnostics required to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use collected information to authenticate users, deliver notifications, operate multi-tenant workspaces, provide support, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Push notifications
Mobile push delivery relies on platform services (Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging). You control notification permissions in your device settings. We register a device token only after you grant permission through the operating system.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure and delivery providers (such as hosting, email, and push delivery services) strictly to operate Beeper. Tenant administrators can access information for users within their organisation according to their role.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with law. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and tenant isolation appropriate to the sensitivity of operational communications.
Your choices
You may disable push notifications in iOS or Android settings at any time. Account access, correction, or deletion requests can be sent to support@elula.online.
