Agreement
By accessing or using Beeper, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Beeper provides notification and alerting capabilities for organisations, including message composition, delivery to subscribed members, mobile push notifications, and administrative tooling.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Tenant administrators may invite, manage, or remove members within their organisation.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive communications.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or access another tenant’s data.
- Do not interfere with platform availability or abuse rate limits and API endpoints.
Customer content
Organisations retain ownership of messages and member data they submit. You grant Elula Online the rights necessary to host, transmit, and deliver that content solely to operate the service.
Availability
We aim for reliable delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and third-party platform outages may affect availability. Current status is published on the system status page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elula Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
